Public controlled vocabularies for ETF QD. The common QCP data model remains shared.

Controlled vocabularies

• Selectable qualification frameworks. Each framework concept references its level scheme.
• European Qualifications Framework levels. A lossless Turtle serialization of the complete source RDF graph, including all eight levels and label-resource metadata.

The RDF/XML and Turtle EQF files contain equivalent RDF graphs. QCP selects these vocabularies and prepares a separate, smaller runtime lookup view during the ETF product build.
